Every bride dreams of having a beautiful body for their walk down the aisle.  To help you achieve the ultimate bridal body, just follow prescribed workout.  Everyday you will see and feel results! Stay committed and consistent and you will create that beautifully sculpted body that radiates a healthy glow for your walk down the aisle.  For best results start the program 4-6months before your wedding. If you are running short on time you will still see results if you follow the program in the last 1-2 months as well!

Monday/ Friday
Fat Burning Cardio
Option 1-Gym Option 2-Home

Cardio 30-45minutes
Cardio Options---Elliptical, Treadmill, Power walking, Jogging, Hiking, Cycling
Target Calorie Expenditure 300-500Kcal

Tuesday/Thursday
Strength training and Fat Burning Cardio
Option 1- Gym

30minTotal Body Strength training workout at gym followed by 20-30minutes of moderate intensity cardio
Option 2-Home
45min Hollywood Trainer Cardio Sculpt workout with 5lb-10lb dumbbells followed by the Hollywood Trainer 20min Ab Blast 
Both Strength training workouts are intervals so heart rate will stay up
Target Calorie Expenditure 300-500Kcal

Wednesday
Flexibility, Core Strength
Option 1 – Gym

45min-75min Yoga or Pilates class/private
Option 2 – Home
45min Hollywood Trainer Pilates Mat Workout or Yoga Workout
Target Calorie expenditure estimate
300-500Kcal Total

Saturday- Time to be Adventurous
Option 1- Class at Gym or Private Training Session

Martial Arts, Dance Class, Kickboxing, Surfing, Rollerblading, Skating, Basketball
Option 2- Home
45min Hollywood Trainer Kickboxing Bootcamp Workout followed by the 20min Ab Blast

Sunday- Rest, Rejuvenate and Spa!

Take a hot bath, treat yourself to a massage, stretch class, relaxation yoga, meditation class, nature walk, or watch the sunset…just relax!
